Refund policy
Exchanges
We want you to love the fit of your Common Drift pieces. If you need a different size, we are happy to offer exchanges for the same item, subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us for all exchanges. Once the item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement size at no additional cost.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original condition.

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us. We will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or anything purchased with more than a 25% discount.
Store Credit
- All approved returns will be issued as store credit only
- Store credit will be sent via email once your return is processed
- Store credit does not expire
